Although our operations are in Australia, we often ship some items from International warehouses. Your items may be shipped from a multiple of locations worldwide.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area & country, most orders will be delivered by your local post service. Packages will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Orders are sent to the nominated address specified on your order form. We take no responsibility for incorrect address information resulting in a misplaced or lost item.
If shipping has experienced delays or is taking longer than expected, we will ask the customer to wait forty nine days in which we may may settle the transaction. We may seek to contact tracking for information, issue a new item at no cost to the buyer in order to honour the transaction or by other means in which to come to a satisfactory outcome.

Please kindly note that Registered Shipping only has limited tracking access and the tracking number will only be valid in your country's Post Tracking System once it has reached the local postal services for scanning and processing.
By placing an order at Dernier Cri you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Dernier Cri unless the item is faulty or missing. Please plan, and take into account shipping time when planning special events, public holidays and calendar events like Christmas day to ensure your item(s) arrive at a time that is suitable. We do not take responsibility for the itineraries of customers who have not allowed time for shipping once orders are placed.
